Summary:
The branch manager will be responsible for managing the whole team in Faisalabad. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch as well as coordinating with the managers of other branches and with the COO regarding the monthly targets of the branch as well as working alongside the other operational departments in order to ensure the proper operational flow of the branch. The branch manager will be responsible for the office environment as well as revenue generation of the branch.
Responsibilities:
Providing and making revenue statements of the branch.
Handling petty cash as well as branch operational expenses.
Handle teams of different departments working in the office.
Ensuring formal and professional office environments.
Responsible for collaborating with export-related events in the city and participating in them.
Responsible for dealing with clients coming to the branch with payments and other important queries.
Guiding the employees regarding their sales and service targets.
Support HR with current and future hiring needs
Support the Finance department with future forecasting of the office.
Help employees manage client relationships strategically based on business and marketing objectives.
