Responsibilities

Conduct inbound calls to respected exporters from all over Pakistan.
Assist clients in acquiring ongoing discounts and packages of Alibaba.com.
Ensure quality parameters and guidelines of every phone call.
Attend all required research and training to keep the client updated about Alibaba.com offers and packages.

Requirements:

Past familiarity with inbound sales and e-commerce work.
Familiarity with E-commerce platforms.
0-1 year of client facing experience
Extremely proficient in English speaking and writing
Resourceful and adaptable in meeting each client’s particular needs
Should be eager to learn and have a collaborative spirit
Ensure projects are handled efficiently and on schedule
