  •  Should be able to identify and assess current and future training needs of the organization.
  • Ability to devise organizational learning strategy through the development of customized training programs.
  • Design specific Position wise training and development plans that address the needs and expectations of the specific position.
  • Hands-on experience in designing, implementing and monitoring of E-learning training initiatives.
  • Responsible to assess, design and implement customize training programs that cover the leadership gaps for internal Managers.
  • Should be able to monitor the outcome of the training by developing a mechanism that reflects expected outcome as a result of delivered training program.
  • Research new training materials and programs that enhance  training procedures and enhance Cultural Cohesiveness and integration
  •  Good team management and leadership skills.
