Sales / Business Development Executive
We are looking for Professional & Experienced Business Development Representatives in USA.
Please do not apply if you do not have Excellent English speaking skills and those who are not able to work on NIGHT SHIFTS (8PM to 5 AM).

Skills & Job Responsibilities
- At least 2 years’ experience in a reputed US market BPO
- Proficiency in spoken and written English with US accent
- Speak one-on-one with homeowners about their energy usage and assist in finding the right solution
- Contacting potential clients after Bidding on CRM OR via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Timely preparation of rates and quotes for customers and overseas agents.
- Preparation prior to scheduled meetings with potential solar clients
- Finding/engaging new clients and subsequently retain them for the long-term
- Becoming an outsourced energy expert for your client base
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Implementing and following Best Practices to grow, and maintain sales and a strong customer base
- Working with clients and helping them make the right decisions regarding their energy agreements and energy cost management needs
- Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with necessary details
- Developing and maintaining healthy, long-term relationships with clients and energy suppliers
- Communicate timely correspondence back to customers, track and resolving any issues regarding product.
- Excellent time management and Competitor Analysis
- High level of integrity and work ethic
