An International Luxury Transportation Provider is currently seeking an innovative, collaborative and results oriented "Accounts Receivable Support Officer" that will play an integral role in supporting Accounts Receivable Department.
Our ideal candidate is a team player capable of handling multiple projects at once, with a proven track record of delivering quality results within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
This is a multi-faceted position that will require exceptional organizational and communication skills, with high professional standards and a critical attention to detail.
This position will report directly to the Executive Management including the President of the Company and will be based out of our Pakistan office based in Islamabad.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as CRM system administrator to ensure ongoing maintenance of Customer accounts, activity tracking, Aging Report.
- Communicate with Customers Based in US.
- Responsible for making data log of interaction with Customer's Representatives.
- Responsible for AR Transaction in the System.
Desired Skills and Experience
Essential Knowledge, Competencies and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounts or related coursework
- Minimum of 1- 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Customer Interaction
- MUST have Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills; ensure accuracy/quality of prepared materials, applicants will be tested on their communication skills during the interview with US Based Management.
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple, ongoing projects; adhere to established timelines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Must have proficiency in Quick Books Enterprise Edition
