Admin Executive/Receptionist

Location: Karachi (Clifton)

Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
Compiles and maintains records of business transactions and office activities of establishment, performing variety of following or similar clerical duties and utilizing knowledge of systems or procedures: Copies data and compiles records and reports.
Maintain stationery, office equipment and inventories.
Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
Use skilled vendors to do the work.
Procurement from market.
Be proactive in keeping with inventory.
Ensure that all working related to office equipment is up to date.
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Update calendars and schedule meetings
