Job Title: Sr. Business Finance Executive

Min Exp: 2 years a must

Qualification: Masters/ACCA Finalist

Gathering of data from sales team and other sources, developing reports and troubleshooting data issues
Managing master data of products/sales person/distributors, including creation, updates, and deletion.
Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
Helping develop reports and analysis.
Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
Develop financial plan and financial budgeting and forecasting for the business.
Coordinate with operations, sales, marketing, teams to supervise and support in business operations effectively.
Calculations of sales for commission verification according to policy and make sure logic of calculations is correct.
Verification of invoices and taxes calculations and Processing of payments.
Email correspondence with customers and for getting approval of payments from higher management.
After finalizing of payments need to make receipts and send to Sales team to get receiving form each party and manage filling and keep documents properly.
Maintain receivable and payable ledgers of distributors and report and tally on daily basis.
Visiting to customers office and market to resolve issues for better business relationship and record keeping.
Review the actual results against the budgeted goals to identify and correct accounting issues and variances.

Skills required:

Strong Accounts and finance concept with experience in same capacity
Strong Ms.Excel skills (Advanced formulas Vlookup, Index/Match, If, Errors, Data Validations etc)
Good Communications skills
