Trax Online Private Limited is urgently looking for Admin Executive for its head office based in Karachi.

  • ·     Responsible for the facilities management as well in order to make sure the employees’ safety and comfort.
  • Prepare plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
  • Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
  • Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
  • Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
  • Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.or any other task assigned by the line manager

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Planning and time management skills
  • Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Computer Skills (Ms Word. Ms Excel, Outlook)
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Incumbent must be graduate from a reputed institute preferably (BBA/MBA) with 2-3 years of relevant experience
