Senior .Net Developer

Treasury Cube is looking for a talented software engineer with strong back-end experience to join our team. Reporting to the Manager of Engineering, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing features on a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution.

Collaborating with Product Management and others to build and support scalable, robust software solutions, you will meet the objectives of Treasury Cube customers and the product development roadmap while working in a multi-cultural and international environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new application functionality in collaboration with other team members
• Design and code, especially for the most complex units/modules/products that meet functional and business requirements.
• Develop RESTful microservices hosted in Azure and/or AWS Develop web UIs integrating with RESTful microservices Implement unit/integration tests
• Collaborate with quality assurance team members in testing the software and reviewing tests
• Assist quality assurance team in troubleshooting and fixing issues
• Contribute to continuous improvements to the team’s processes, methodologies, and technologies

Education, Experience and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; or equivalent work experience 3+ years of software development experience 6+ years of experience with Entity Framework / EF Core, Web API and REST API with C#, Visual Studio .net, ASP.NET Core and MVC, MS SQL

• Hands-on experience of SQL Server Database design, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Indexing & Profiler.
• Familiarity with Messaging and Broker technologies such as The Service-Bus, gRPC, and API design/ implementation skills, 
• Experience in Single and Multi-Tenant application concepts.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful services Strong knowledge of SQL and familiarity with NoSQL technologies Familiarity with Swagger/OpenAPI and OAuth 2 Familiarity with application and service integration patterns Experience with front-end web development is a plus
• Familiarity with cloud-based elasticity concepts and techniques is a big plus
• Experience w/Docker or Kubernetes (basic experience to create deployments)
• The ability to create easily readable and maintainable code
• Proficiency in version control and build processes
• Source control systems
• Build and deployment tools
• Understanding of UML and database modeling
• Write clean, elegant, and reusable code that solves complex problems
• Can demonstrate ability to build efficient, standards-based APIs
• A solid understanding of secure coding practices
• Good understanding of data and server security best practices

• Can demonstrate ability to build efficient, standards-based APIs
• Experience in developing financial applications is a plus
• Experience with Azure Application Services, Azure Web Applications, Azure Resource groups and other basic Azure-related development and deployment concepts is a plus Tools knowledge: Git, BitBucket, Gradle, IntelliJ, Jira, Confluence Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
