We are looking for SharePoint Consultant with at least 4 years of experience in similar role.
- As a consultant, you will utilize best practices and methodologies to plan and design, build, and implement Microsoft SharePoint solutions.
- Participate in large, mid-size and small Microsoft SharePoint consulting and development projects.
- Participate in proposal preparation, develop demo/POC, and requirement gathering sessions.
- Work with clients, partner, and other team members to determine functional requirements and specifications.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom SharePoint solutions.
- Investigate business needs and discuss new opportunities with clients.
- Learn new advancements & related technologies.
- Understanding of algorithms and excellent Problem-Solving skills.
- Development experience – both server-side and client-side
- Ability to translate business needs into technical implementation.
- Ability to work independently and as a strong team player.
- Strong understanding of SP2013 / SP2016 / SP Online architecture.
- Lead a team of consultants in house and offshore.
- SharePoint Migrations
- Preparation of SharePoint documentation, planning, and processes
- Processes Automation using SPD Workflows or Nintex etc.
- Hands-on experience on third party addons/tools commonly used with SharePoint.
- Ensure proper oversight for quality assurance of engineering artifacts
Skills Preferred:
- Working experience on Nintex and Power Platform.
- SQL Server experience – TSQL, SSRS, SSIS preferred
- Outstanding client relationship skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Architect systems to meet functional and non-functional infrastructure requirements.
- Enforce adherence to architectural standards/principles, global product-specific guidelines, usability design standards, etc.
- Proactively provide feedback regarding infrastructure engineering methodologies, standards and leading practices
- Minimize technical exposure and risk on projects.
- Design and implementation of multiple distributed SharePoint farms
- Design and implementation of federated SharePoint services and service applications in a distributed farm architecture
