● Manage the level of financial health check and Investment enquiries within Trellis Financial & follow through with initial investor lead discussions
● Work extensively with Marketing firms to execute our strategy, Market research partners to derive consumer behavioral insights, EdTech & training firms to create client & internal training content
● Engage relevant senior management and update various policies (Risk, HR, IT, Credit, Loan Products) on an ongoing basis as required from a digital bank governance perspective
● Face-off to ALCO, Finance & Risk Management forums on a regular basis to provide product representation
● Ensure client & product feedback is tracked and acted upon. Also any new collaboration requests are triaged and achieve conversion targets
● Act as a point of escalation for IT, Operations, Legal or Customer Services, should there be any issues with customers, vendors or regulators
● Management of mortgage officers, product queries to achieve their sales targets
● Provide training, development, coaching to advisors, officers & engage with EdTech providers
● Manage relationships with partners, seeking new opportunities, products and services
● Maintain knowledge of internal processes and financial and regulatory legislation
● Work closely with the Compliance Officer to report any risk and adhere to the T&C plan
● Ensure all Financial Services staff adhere to the following Individual Code of Conduct rules

The senior management team has a combined experience of over 150 years in affordable housing, international banking, hedge funds, capital markets and financial technology.
