Scrape phone numbers from all messages received on our Facebook Ads (comments & messages) into a list of individuals that need to be contacted
Call using WhatsApp or Mobile each individual, maintain a high level commentary of the time contacted & if successful or not
Identify yourself as a contractor working on behalf of Trellis Financial & that your role is to fill in a client demand survey so that our product team have a better understanding of housing demand in their region & can contact them to discuss next steps
Answer high level basic questions for the respondents & where any require a follow up call, mark these numbers with commentary
Fill each survey response using the online google form with your name as the name of the Surveyor to identify responses submitted, which will be compensated at Rs. 100 per survey
Up to 10% of survey responses will be independently audited by calling participants post submission to ensure accuracy.
Proportional responses identified to be erroneous or fictitious will be accordingly removed from compensation This is a commission based role.
Candidates interested will be tested for their ability to converse telephonically & upon successful interview will be asked to start conducting surveys.
Surveyor should be conversational in Urdu, Punjabi be able to fill in an online form written in English & Urdu.
Surveyors will be expected to use their own telephone devices to conduct phone calls

Pakistan is faced with a housing shortage of 10 million currently growing by 1 million every year. The population, 80% without a bank account, has been starved off house financing solutions for years. Pakistan housing finance-GDP ratio is one of the lowest in the world ; 0.25% (South Asia: 3%, Bangladesh: 3%, India: 11%). Trellis mission is to fill this gap by providing affordable green mortgage solutions to low and middle income groups in Pakistan. This is expected to significantly boost financial inclusion, home ownership and economic activity in the country. The senior management team has a combined experience of over 150 years in affordable housing, international banking, hedge funds, capital markets and financial technology.
