Job Responsibilities

Sell mortgage products and meet mortgage production targets.
Initiate the mortgage process for potential clients, preparing, analyzing, and verifying mortgage loan applications for the purchase or refinance of real estate.
Perform business development tasks, including managing the pipeline by generating leads and referral business, and maintaining relationships with existing and past clients.
Meet and communicate with applicants to explain the risks and benefits, as well as the terms of mortgage products and government regulations.
Follow up with clients by phone, regarding payments against their Mortgage Payment Plan and follow the defined procedures as required when clients deviate from defined plans.
Ensure all necessary information and documentation is submitted for the Mortgage Servicing Tasks
Provide excellent customer service to prospective customers.
Handles inbound or outbound calls to current mortgage loans.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institution

Skills Required: Excellent interpersonal, Communication, and Computer skills.

Experience: 1-2 years preferably in CSR

Salary: PKR 35,000 to 45,000

Location: Karachi

Pakistan is faced with a housing shortage of 10 million currently growing by 1 million every year. The population, 80% without a bank account, has been starved off house financing solutions for years. Pakistan housing finance-GDP ratio is one of the lowest in the world ; 0.25% (South Asia: 3%, Bangladesh: 3%, India: 11%). Trellis mission is to fill this gap by providing affordable green mortgage solutions to low and middle income groups in Pakistan. This is expected to significantly boost financial inclusion, home ownership and economic activity in the country. The senior management team has a combined experience of over 150 years in affordable housing, international banking, hedge funds, capital markets and financial technology.
