Primary Responsibilities
- Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-company process design and re-engineering initiatives
- Work with business users and technology to prioritize internal product enhancements and bug fixes
- Document business requirements for implementation by software engineering department
- Coordinate UAT testing to ensure implementation matches user requirements
- Assist in converting business requirements documentation into user documentation
- Assist in creating monitoring and dashboards for business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
Knowledge, Skills and Ability:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Project management and task tracking (JIRA preferred)
- Practical experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Scrum
- BPMN and DMN or similar diagraming tools
- Experience with finance and banking
- LEAN/Six Sigma certifications (optional)
- Version control with git (optional)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Mathematics
- Master’s degree (optional)
Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst
