- Competent telephone support, chat support with persuasive writing skills.
- Gaining cooperation partners and new customers through tailor-made offers.
- Presentation of product option and service portfolios.
- Maintenance and development of long-term relationships with business customers.
- If necessary, self-responsible development of your own customer base.
Strengths:
- Sympathetic appearance on the phone and persuasiveness
- Enjoyment of professional customer service and quality awareness
- Target-oriented working method in sales / sales business
- Experience in sales and / or promotion is an advantage.
- Very good English language skills
- Safe handling of the PC / MS Office programs
