Position Overview:The role of Senior Manager – Administration is to provide Strategic and Operational Leadership to ensure Trillium’s (Company's) the efficacy of operations that support and enable the organization to grow and achieve its business objectives.This position therefore, requires focus on establishing and enforcing robust management systems that include effective processes, policies and procedures. This role shall also over-see/supervise/manage the Administration and Logistics and associated departments and staff to ensure timely delivery of services and support to the business functions.A key component to success for this position is effective cross-functional leadership, management, and supervision.
