We are looking for Mechanical engineers to help our international client support their software on engineering design projects around the world
Candidate Profile
- BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 5-10 year experience in mechanical design, preferably in industrial plant design
- Proficient in 3D modeling and simulation modeling software such as SolidWorks, SAP, preferably software used in design of industrial plants (e.g. PDS/SP3D, AutoPLANT, Caesar)
- Must be interested in computers and their application in engineering
- Knowledge of programming languages and databases is a plus
- Excellent spoken and written English to communicate with clients in the US
Job Description
- Enhancing and upgrading standards in engineering software (such as ASME, BS and EN)
- Assist engineering companies with upgrade or migrate projects to different software
- Development of best practices and guides on how to use software for solving complex engineering problems
- Guiding software development team on new software capabilities and ensuring proper implementation
- Developing new components and parts for use in design projects
