M/s Trojans, Islamabad is looking for an experienced PRO / Manager Protocol with MBA, BBA or equivalent degrees and skilled in verbal & written communication, computer functions & adequate knowledge/interactions with Govt / Defence Organizations, Embassies and Hotels in Islamabad,
- Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
- Processing of visas·
- Applicant must have good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, ticketing etc)
- Ticketing and hotel reservations within country & abroad
- Record information in the logbook daily
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
- Capability to interact with foreigners verbally & through emails
- Assist CEO of organization in official / private tasks, when required
