Responsible for the arrangement of financial, administrative and logistic requirements of project office.
Execute the overall financial, administrative and logistic activities of the project.
Ensure timely mobilization of resources required for effective execution of activities.
Ensure proper management, maintenance and administration of project office.
Timely coordination with the suppliers, contractors, designated field staff and Head office.
Timely disbursement and reconciliation of funds on monthly basis.
Maintaining and recording of day to day accounting entries along with supporting invoices/bills.
Processing of cheque payments to head office in timely manner.
Arrangement and record keeping of office equipment, supplies and stationary.
Preparation of financial statements.
Ensure attendance of all staff members on regular basis.
Responsible for arrangement of trainings or other events.
Setting and implementing of proper archiving system.

Trust for Vaccines & Immunization (TVI) is a non-profit organization registered in 2009 under the Trusts Act 1882, Government of Pakistan. The trust was formed by a group of medical professionals and philanthropists keeping in view the child health related problems, specifically addressing the inequity and disparity that affects millions of children throughout Pakistan. TVI is the first trust of its kind that is focusing on the prevention of vaccine preventable diseases.
