A Swiss based Software Devlopment Company is looking to recruit Communications Specialists (Multiples openings) preferably with experience in Web and mobile app sector.
The Ideal Candidate MUST Have:
- Exceptional Communication & interpersonal skills (English ONLY).
- Excellent email writing skills, preferably business correspondence with international Web. Development / IT companies or clients is a plus.
- Strong client servicing skills with competency to build and maintain long term relationships with international clients
- Excellent Customer support skills and follow-ups along with familiarity with call handling flow is a plus.
Specifications:
- Energetic & motivated individuals looking to take on progressive challenges
- Candidate must be organized and process oriented with ample knowlegde about web development industry.
- Background in a US /UK Call center or customer care or management is a plus.
- Candidates with crisp communication skills in ENGLISH are encouraged to apply.
