Tryngo Technologies is looking for Technical Lead / QA engineer who monitors every phase of the development process to ensure that the design and software adhere to company standards.

Software delays are costly for a company, so it's vital for releases to meet target dates and stay within budget.
A software quality assurance engineer helps meet deadlines by breaking up the development process into attainable testing goals and relaying any issues back to the development and product teams or leaders.

Job Duties And Responsibilities:

Technical Lead / QA job description should contain the following duties and responsibilities:

Test current products and identify deficiencies
Suggest solutions to identified product problems
Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy
Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution
Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
Oversee continuous improvement projects
Collect quality data
Identify key KPIs for product quality
Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management

Job Requirements And Qualifications:

Technical Lead / QA job description should contain the following requirements and qualifications

3 years of experience as a Technical Lead / Quality Assurance.
3 years of experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies and other
3 years of experience with coding using PHP, HTML5, MySQL, XML
3 years of experience with web security technology
3 years of experience with software QA tools and processes
A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
