We're looking to find a talented and enthusiastic Web Developer to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

You must be able to develop appropriate creative ideas and concepts to fulfil the business’s objectives. You'll work on a variety of print and digital products and activities, such as websites, social media, animations, video editing, email marketing, brochures, magazines, posters, product marketing, packaging, signage, displays and out of home advertising.

Working closely and taking guidance from our Marketing Manager to ensure that design work and messaging is aligned with other our channels of communication
Working within our brand guidelines, maintaining our brand identity, understanding our tone of voice to deliver meaningful messaging
Working to briefs with the ability to interpret them
Managing all briefs that come in and liaising with other team members on delivery time
Ability to take constructive feedback and implement into execution
Leading team meetings to discuss campaign ideas, expectations and desired outcomes for design
Work collaboratively with Sales, Events to provide design material
Managing relationships with external suppliers including photographers, videographers, and printers, ensuring all work is delivered timely and to exceptional standards
Working on a range of design pieces at one time, from social media posts to packaging and full-scale branding projects
Troubleshooting and brainstorming creative ideas to present to the team
