To maintain updated contact details of target clients.
To update ledgers of target clients through Accounts Department on weekly basis.
To email ledger to clients after call.
To update the Follow-up Excel sheet after every call with status of payments (received or not).
To coordinate with the sales person and rider regarding payments (cheques/cash) on daily basis.
To communicate and follow-up effectively with the Marketing Department regarding clients’ accounts on a timely basis.
To prepare weekly & monthly summary reports of all clients receivables.
To participate in morning meetings for daily, weekly & monthly strategies.
To perform other assigned tasks and duties to support the accounts department.
To perform Account reconciliation with Accounts Department from time to time.
To prepare a weekly and monthly targets for sales recovery and present comparison with actual on monthly basis to General Manager and CEO.
To forward a monthly summary to the HOD of recoveries as and when required.
