The Management Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO and contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.

Job Description

  • Management Coordinator to CEO provides administrative support in a variety of functions to the Chief Executive Officer that are focused on increasing the efficiency of the executive.
  • Has a broad knowledge and understanding of the company's operations and business objectives and able to lead Business Units independently
  • Reviews, prioritizes, directs and delegates a wide variety of complex and confidential requests that are presented to the executive for consideration.
  • Attend Meeting and Perform Site Visit/Audit on behalf of CEO
  • Conducts research on prospective corporate opportunities to identify and evaluate current needs and assembles requirements for the proposals
  • Summarizes, prioritizes, and researches information into a concise and usable format for the executive to review.
  • Responds to or routes priority or confidential inquiries from external or internal sources with correspondence or other messaging on behalf of the executive.
  • Creates or directs creation of reports, charts, budgets and other presentation materials for the executive. Coordinates high level projects, travel arrangements, and meetings.
  • Commitment to efficiency a willingness to seek best practices in running the office. Able to troubleshoot challenges as they arise.

Required Skills:

  • Technical Background will be preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of office procedures and protocols
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Commitment to discretion and confidentiality concerning sensitive company information.
  • Excellent organizational skills, a proactive mind-set, and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
