Two4Seven Media, Web and Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a talented Creative Graphic Designer for their Startup Ecommerce store. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of a highly collaborative and hard-working dedicated organization that strives every day to bring our vision.
THE ROLE
The Graphic Designer should have strong design skills and a sense of creative and authentic imagery that is applicable to kids products and toys. In addition, this role requires collaboration with marketing, and in some cases UX/UI designers, to create on-brand, extraordinary and original marketing assets. This designer will work with marketing team and creative director to support and drive the visual aesthetic for tthe comapny. You should have a strong graphic eye and solid typography and color skills. You will be creating marketing and promotional materials Like social media banners, website banners, flyers, brouchers, Emails, Presentations and more.. We are seeking a designer who has experience in both brand marketing and web design who possesses a good sense of the principles of UI/UX. You should be a self-motivator with lots of enthusiasm and ability to work on high visibility projects under tight deadlines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creative strategy – support marketing team on design briefs, to set the stage and marketing objective(s) for asset creation.
- Design – own the creation of marketing and web assets across the marketing mix including, but not limited to: landing pages, social media, blog post assets, email, display banners, acquisition offers, marketing inserts, new product launch assets, direct mail pieces, event materials, presentations, and site content.
- Ideate and communicate – participate in creative brainstorm sessions. Create mood boards and present ideas both visually and verbally.
- Time management – consistently hit deadlines. Work with teams to make sure the highest-quality, on-brand work is being produced.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree/Course in Graphic Design or Visual Communication
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an agency or in-house design department.
- Excellent verbal and presentation skills to quickly communicate ideas.
- Advanced command of the Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Advanced understanding of grid systems, typography, illustration and clean design aesthetic.
- Mastery of Photoshop using non-destructive editing and layer masking.
- Knowledge of packaging print production is a plus.
- Experience in designing for web and digital promotional and performance marketing assets.
- Knowledge of UX and UI principles, and mobile responsive design.
- Kids products or toys experience is a plus.
