• Effectively identify target market segments / geographies across Pakistan backed by effective research for deployment of bank products for Local documentary Collection, transaction banking, Letter of Credits and local currency correspondent banking.
• Drive effective sales and cross sell behavior across the bank network, create training calendars / refresher course for staff across the Bank, solve operational queries of products, carry out rate break weeks etc. albeit draw comprehensive strategy for product off take in branches  across Pakistan to
• Capable of carrying out alliances with digital and non digital platforms for effective product off take.
• From conceptualization and approval of Product Program and plan, the resource should be able to create Product Road map, create product appeal with marketing department, impart effective trainings to branch teams and create end to end SOPs for smooth product flow and customer experience.
• Create cross selling drives using Products for deposits, insurances, alliances etc for increase business reciprocity.
• Effectively work and create alliances for product offtake with companies, organizations.
• Conduct effective research in sector to explore options and optimization of Product offtake.
