• To carry effective research in all sectors / subsectors of economy to identify micro SME’s, design products according to their needs  funded / Non-funded domains, Deposits, Insurance and all aspects of their banking domains including but not limited to their working capital requirements, bridge finance, non-funded products like bank guarantees, bank guarantee discounting, BMR / Capex loans for Micro SME / SMEs.
• From conceptualization and approval of Product Program and plan, the resource should be able to create Product Road map, create product appeal with marketing department, impart effective trainings to branch teams and create end to end SOPs for smooth product flow and customer experience.
• Create cross selling drives using Products for deposits, insurances, alliances etc for increase business reciprocity.
• Effectively work and create alliances for SME product offtakes with companies, organizations
• Conduct effective research in sector to explore options and optimization of Product offtake
