1-Work closely with partner mobile operator to facilitate communication with microfinance partners while providing feedback on quality and demand for money transfer services.
2-Work extensively on Product Development.
3-Prepare implementation plans for branchless banking initiative, including plans pertaining to end user training, clearance of equipment, deployment of equipment to end users and staff hiring.
4-Oversee the development of training tools and programs to instruct microfinance and money transfer vendor staff on use of mobile/branchless banking system.
5-Oversee all aspects of the start-up and implementation of the initiative.
6-Coordinate with Compliance Department for developing documents in order to comply with State Bank Pakistan’s documentary requirements.
