Social Media Manager

We are Equal opportunity provider and looking for a Passionate Social Media Manger who can grow our audience & develope it on different platforms while also can educate the team working under his command.

Responsibilities:

1: Candidate will lead the team to manage social media accounts and platforms with any issues which will arise.

2: Candidate must actively works towards growing audience across all of our channels.

3: Candidate must identifies new platforms and new innovations/ideas to explore the purpose of increasing the audience

4: Candidate must have an ability to check and confirm the content from the company which will a growth in the audience network.

5: Ability to work with set targets.

6: Candidat must analyize data and to create reports on the audience network that shows the performance of each channel/platform separately.

7: Candidate has an ability to analyze the audience behavior and to educate the content team to create the relavant content famous or acceptable to the audience.

8: Respond to all the queries and to support all the team members in any respect.

9: Candidate must understand the analytic tools to understand the audience better so that he can assist with the branding strategy.

Qualification

University/College Graduate (Master preferred)

1 Year Experience in the same field/industry

Exceptional research skills

Strong understanding of people, what they think, like, share, comment etc

Strong Managerial Skills to lead the team in an efficient and effective manner to deliver the best results in the shape of audience network growth.

Plus Points:

Knows how to use Adobe Photoshop or other photo editing and video editing softwares.

Understanding of CMS (for wordpress specially)
