Technical Skills:

Minimum 2+ years experience in software design and development
2+ years of experience working with the front end development & content management technologies.
In depth knowledge of complete website management including complete content management & creation, updates, hosting features, SEO.
Excellent experience in developing modern, responsive and cross-browser-compatible UI and web components using HTML, CSS(CSS3, Bootstrap), JavaScript, jQuery and Angular JS
Good experience in creating/integrating custom JavaScript libraries
Experience with at least one back end language like Node.JS, C# etc.
Expert in creating responsive websites, pages, and content.
In depth knowledge of SEO principles & its implementation
Expert in browser testing and debugging
In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
Understanding of layout aesthetics
Experience with softwares like Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator, content management system like Hub Spot.
Handson experience with Markup lanaguages
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as bit bucket, github
Strong understanding of web hosting concepts, its management and tools.
Expertise in testing & troubleshooting the features or issues
Expertise in documentation
Understanding of database concepts

Personal Skills:

Excellent communication & technical documentation writing skills are required for this job, so the person must be fluent in English
Excellent debugging and analytical capabilities
Ability to find, understand and resolve complex problems
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-spotting, and fixing capabilities
The person should be a good team player and should be confident enough to be able to take initiative and work independently & technically manage small teams as well
