Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in cost estimation , cost control, Funds resources for high budget projects.
- Ability to prepare business case plan and feasibility study for any project.
- Strong knowledge/ certification in project management aspects or quality management .
- Ability to track and measure the performance of the projects , report the deviation from baselines and provide correction rectifications actions.
- Deeply knowledge of cost estimation , cost control , asset management & finance reconciliation terminology and concepts.
- Knowledge of contracts types & pros and cons for each type.
- Strong analytical skills , data presentation and infographic tools.
- Knowledge in the use of MS Project, Primavera Scheduling, SAP software.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
