Unit-A Technologies is looking for a dynamic resource for the position of Manager International Sales & Client Services (North America).
Job Description:
- Drive the sales team to achieve revenue targets for IT enabled services
- Develop and manage a team of sales executives
- Have strong communication (written and verbal), organizational and leadership skills
- Establishes strong working relationships with clients and colleagues to drive business and ensure customer satisfaction
- Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales
- Work hand-in-hand with the production/operations team for client servicing
- Ensure timely recovery of fee/subscriptions from their clients
We expect individuals to:
- Be honest, respectful of others, and adhere to business standards and ethics
- Be Self-motivated along with the ability to work within a dynamic team environment
- Have good working knowledge for sales of IT enabled services
- Extract sales data and execute the sales funnel. (Newsletters, emails, follow ups)
- Meet monthly individual and team’s sales and activity targets
- Maintain accurate and complete records of customer/client interactions
- Schedule online product demonstrations
- Provide strategic input for product sales initiatives and marketing specifically as it relates to geographic and vertical market analysis
- Maintain and effectively manage prospect “follow-up” list
Qualifications:
- BS/BBA in Business / related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in International Sales.
