You are an energetic programmer who loves to learn new tech and at the same time doesn't mind getting his hands dirty with legacy code from the ghost clost ;) You want to write tests for your code to make sure it is more of a fact than a theory. You love to contribute to team meetings, planning sessions and even overall company environment and growth.
