Assistant Manager Legal

UBL is looking to hire Assistant Manager Legal within its Legal Division. The incumbent will be responsible to pursue litigation cases of the Bank, liaise with external counsels and attend courts. Further, the candidate should also be able to provide legal opinion on matters pending before the courts of law.

Job Requirements:

Dealing with litigation cases of the Bank in coordination with business and the Bank’s external counsels.
Vetting of pleadings, giving input on Judgments/Court Orders, submission of various statements and providing necessary assistance to dealing counsels
Attending various Courts as and when required especially in respect of important cases.
Preparing memos for nomination of counsels and negotiating professional fee.
Any other miscellaneous and ancillary work assigned from time to time by the Unit Head/Divisional Head.

Qualification and Experience Requirement: LL.B with two years’ experience and registered with the Bar Council
