Division : Internal Controls

Facilitate the District customer services managers through onsite branch reviews (as per guidelines), trainings to enforce the compliance standards of Internal Controls Environment across all branches within district. Achieve and maintain a satisfactory level of compliance and control environment across the branches.

Facilitate the District customer services managers to ensure that procedures are adhered to and lead to an improvement in the overall Internal Control environment and achieve Improved Audit Ratings of Branches.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / CHALLENGES / WORK EXAMPLES:

Stay updated with bank’s internal Policies, Circulars / Directives, Manuals & Regulatory Framework.
Review implementation of operational processes, SOPs and manuals during on-site visits of area branches.
Identify operational control gaps, during branch visits, which may affect branch control environment and need to be addressed timely and exercise root cause analysis. Ensure to maintain proper supporting evidences for all highlighted exceptions.
Prepare required reports on given formats accurately and timely.

KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS :

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably master’s degree)

Minimum Experience:

Minimum 2-3 Years of experience of Branch banking operations / Review/Audit/ Compliance
