Managing Consumer Loan Bookings, Disbursement in line with the Bank’s Policy and regulations levied by SBP.

Loans' Login, Booking, Disbursements – Managing the complete end to end Loan operations such as new acquisition, booking, disbursement, digital archival & other task of UBL Consumer portfolio ensuring the policy & business guide lines have strictly followed.
Loans Maintenance - Managing Consumer loan financials and supervision of loans products within the TAT.
TAT Management - Loans related tasks should be performed within Assigned TAT
Audit & Compliance - Regular Liaison with Compliance and Policy Unit for review of processing and identification / rectification of errors. Understanding & effective association with Auditors to manage the review accordingly. All observations raised by Audit should properly addressed
Vault Management – All documents should be kept in easy accessible sequence and cross function retrieval requests should be addressed with in TAT. Security documents should be kept in safe custody. Digital Archiving of Secured Loans
Complaint Management - Complains should effectively managed to maintain goodwill of the organization in common masses.
Dispute & Queries Management - Disputes create hurdles in smooth processing hence should be addressed and resolved effectively.
Cross Function Reporting – To maintain smooth work flow in organization, information to cross function units should be meaningful and should be with in TAT.
