Job Summary / Purpose:

Responsibility for facilitating delivery of exceptional services to customers and managing existing key customer relationships, acquiring NTB customer to help in growing branch deposit and business.

Financial Accountability:

Total revenue / Bank Level: As per assigned KPIs/PAM targets
Total operating cost budget: Achievement of revenue and expense budget

Job Responsibilities / Challenges / Work Examples:

Maintain and ensure growth of assigned Portfolio
Achieve CA (LCY & FCY) - Targets
Achieve Core Deposit — Targets
Achieve NTB Acquisition — Accounts Targets
Achieve Consumer Secured/Unsecured Targets
Achieve Banca/Wealth Management Targets
Initiate / Learn the operational aspect of branch

Communications And Working Relationships:

Internal:

Branches, District, Region, Cluster HO and staff from different cross functional units of the Bank

External:

Customers & Auditors etc
