As an Export Manager reporting to the CEO. Initial task is to restructure Export department.
Educate and motivate to the team (Production as well as Departmental) to be more vigilant while planning and executing export consignments.
Reviewing the current product and packaging of product range and suggest improvement to be made in them that make global standard and acceptable in international market.
Strong business acumen with ability to execute a wide range of marketing strategies to enhance revenues and profitability for the company.
Deep understanding of the market, culture and the mindset of the consumer.
Demonstrated ability to build new territories and expand opportunities towards the achievement of stated targets, to lead, motivate and provide effective guidance to perform at expected service standards.
Active Member for Procurement, Planning, Packing and Dispatch of all Export Orders.
Coordination with Head office and with buyers on various queries for the effective results in all Export orders.
Providing and searching of potential Suppliers. (Raw & Packaging Materials)
Working on development & Ideas of New SKUs for the Exports.Settings of Re orders levels & lead time for Inventories.
Working on cost reduction in Purchases.
Calculation of CBM for Export shipments.
Negotiations and follow up with the suppliers for Packaging Materials.
Synchronize marketing and sales efforts in addition to build up new international markets.
Responsible for directing all marketing, sales and commercial initiatives to enhance Export business revenue.

In the subsequent years, the firm has sustained consistent annual growth with a product line that has grown to include hundreds of items. In 1998 due to increased demand from all over the city, we decided to set up another shop in Bahadurabad by the name of United King. This name change was due to the uniqueness, which United King wanted to maintain in the industry, and was unable to do so because of its name being used throughout the city. Since then, our consumer base has grown tremendously and in order to keep up with the consumers growing needs, we plan on expanding further this year, and opened a new United King Store on main Rashid Minhas Road in Gulshan-e-Iqbal Karachi.
