Maintain customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
Maintain revenues by verifying and entering transactions
Maintain receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.
Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, other departments, and from customers.
Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line; coordinating contact with collections department.
Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account, verifying totals and preparing report.
Secures revenue by verifying and posting receipts; resolving discrepancies.
Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
At least ONe years' experience in a similar role.
Strong math, typing, and computer skills, especially with accounting software XERO
Excellent communication Skills, as the job needs regular follow up with clients for unpaid invoices through emails and calls
High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
Ability to build relationships with clients and internal department
