We are looking for a Scrum Master to oversee the scrum and development team. Our preferred candidate must be knowledgeable in Agile methodology to enhance the working flow by acting as a buffer between teams. He/She should be able to maintain a safe working environment for all relevant teams by having critical thinking skills to resolve conflicts.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field preferred.
2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, to deliver solutions.
Familiarity with software development.
Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum.
Ability to work with and lead a team.
Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills.
Excellent people and project management skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
