Location: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad

Position Overview:

As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales and expanding our market presence in your assigned areas. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for the FMCG industry to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and increase revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and development.
Conduct regular market visits, customer meetings, and product presentations to enhance sales effectiveness.
Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to the management team.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the FMCG industry, preferably in the food manufacturing sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to drive sales strategies.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in using sales management software and MS Office applications.
