Universal Support Services Group Ltd is based in Manchester Uk and looking to expand their satellite office in Pakistan.
This is an opportunity for a person who wishes to develop their career and has the ability to work on their own initiative whilst adhering to company policy and procedures as part of our office-based customer service.
You will be required to liaise with our security team and clients, address any requests, handle calls and administration tasks. You will need to have excellent verbal, written and IT skills.
You must have experience of controlling/responding to issues as they arise whilst escalating incidents where necessary. You will be required to support both Clients and the team by gathering information, then make a Clear and appropriate decision on behalf of the company.
We are looking for a responsible individual who prides themselves on effectively carrying out operational tasks and procedures, best practice both internally and when dealing with customers and improvement of client services.
You must be flexible and be able to work hours as required for the business, which includes
*nights and weekend days on a roster system. Average Hours per week is 54 plus overtime and holiday cover.
Responsibilities and Duties
Taking Emergency calls and passing them to our response team
Resolving issues and providing information to support the team
Handing any related Administration
Ensuring a smooth and clear communication with the team and customers
Qualifications and Skills
Excellent communication skill
Excellent attention to detail and able to respond to issues
IT literate - Word/Excel/MS Outlook
