Incumbent must have done Diploma/B.Tech Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical along with 3-5 years experience in after-sales services.
Candidates having experience in after-sales service of Cool appliances will be preferred.
- Look over daily operations and performance of employees. Also maintain control over the employees in the branch for the pursuance of quality service.
- Ensuring that once a complaint has been attended and rectified by technical service officers, no same fault should not be reported.
- Maintaining of Inventory of parts and date compilation
- In & Out of refurbished units from the market and its reporting.
- To ensure employees are well aware of health and safe
