Guide other 2D/3D animators and help develop junior artists by providing support, mentorship, and feedback on their animation skills
Troubleshoot creative and technical issues
Incorporate all notes from the Animation Supervisor while working collaboratively under a tight schedule
The reliable and efficient candidate will have the ability to multitask and will be responsible for the upkeep of the studio and internal communications, coordinating freelancers and our suppliers and supporting studio finance and accounting
Coordinate and participate in a variety of complex, technical tasks related to the operation of video and equipment, including, but not limited to recording and editing projects.
General production administration duties
Manage departmental audio/visual and related inventory.
Maintain records of work performed.
Provide training to faculty, staff and students involved in the project in the use of multimedia productions in conjunction with the eUMT team.
Flexibility in working with instructors' changing schedules.
Regularly back-up all necessary project files and comply with security responsibilities and requirements.
The ability to supervise five or more crew members.
