· Provide instructional design expertise in the design, development, support, and evaluation of online, hybrid, face-to-face, accelerated, collaborative, flex designs and technology-enhanced courses
· Establish positive, productive, and consultative working relationships with faculty that involve the reciprocal exchange of expertise and ideas
· Ensure that quality standards are adhered to when modifying and adapting content for online, hybrid, and technology-enhanced courses
· Guide faculty in the creation of engaging learning strategies and compelling course content that enhances retention and knowledge transfer
· Assist faculty in the integration and creation of supporting material /media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, etc.)
· Implement workshops for client groups focused on developing LMS proficiency
· Place content in the Learning Management System (LMS) in a manner consistent with approved templates and formats under prescribed deadlines
· Integrate external tools and content (laboratories, simulations, eBooks, HBS, edX, etc.) so that these materials synchronize and interact with the LMS as specified
· Act as leaders in promoting continuous improvement initiatives that educate faculty about up-to-date technologies and best-practice instructional design principles
· Find solutions that fit the LTI framework of the LMS that provide more efficient and better ways to accomplish teaching and learning goals
· Develop and grow an online pedagogies best practices community with faculty from across the university
