Responsible for launching KIOSSK system in all retail network.
Responsible for launching new products through KIOSSK
Responsible for training of Shop Managers and Sales Staff across the board regarding KIOSSK.
Responsible for getting feedback of product, and follow up of queries regarding KIOSSK
Responsible for handling customer complaints in KIOSSK, specifically received from Call Center and provide solutions on immediate basis.
Should be active to handle basic troubleshooting in KIOSSK with help of IT.
Responsible for verification of sales orders, order processing, after dispatch status, and tracking of order.
Responsible for generation of demands with minimum and maximum level
Responsible for production follow ups through Merchandising
Responsible for product treatments and upload in KIOSSK
Responsible for payment reconciliation on monthly basis.
