Collaborate with team members to determine best practices and requirements for software
Oversight and approval of all final programs and products before formal launch
Oversee and support the coaching and training of team members to ensure all necessary employees are confident in the use of software applications
Actively seek ways to improve business software processes and interactions
Prepare an easy to understand report for supervisors detailing achieved milestones and short-term project goals
Plays a vital role in project management operations and keep top management updated with each member’s progress and performance
Use a proactive approach to common challenges and by continually researching best practices in coding
Ensure software security by developing programs to actively monitor the sharing of private information
Troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace

Qualifications for Software Architect

5-8 years of experience designing , architecture and implementing Enterprise software applications and managing large teams
Professional programs certification in Full Stack Web / Mobile / Desktop Development is strongly recommended
Outstanding collaboration and communication skills are essential
Experience overseeing customized development of processes for multiple projects simultaneously
Professional experience analyzing code for weaknesses and errors, and overseeing plans to improve them
Experience designing secure software systems based upon industry-specific specifications

Technical Qualifications Software Architect

Designed and implemented a development Methodology to control high quality and rapid development utilizing AGILE development practices.
Hands on experience of source code management (Github, Gitlab, Gitlab Community Edition / Personal Deployment, Bitbucket)
Strong knowledge of Continuous integration and deployment (Circle CI, Jenkins, Gitlab CI / CD)
Proficient with multiple Technologies
Desktop Development Technologies (JavaFx, .Net, Electron, Cocoa)
Mobile Development Technologies (Native iOS app development, Native android app development)
Database Management Tools (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Microsoft Access, SQLite, PostgresSQL, AmazonRDS, Aurora DB, Amazon RedShift, MongoDB, Graph QL, Redis, Memcached, AWS ElasticCache, phpMyAdmin)
