Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project director and client.
Assisting with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks efficiently.
Attending all client meetings and facilitating communication between the project director and client throughout the project life cycle.
Managing project management documents such as the project deliverables, schedule or scope statement, as directed by the project director.
Executing a variety of project management administrative tasks such as billing and bookkeeping etc.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Providing administrative support as needed by project team.
Ensure Client views are managed towards the best solution.
