As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible to develop websites by customizing premium themes to fit the client’s requirements.
In practice, this means gathering information, estimating time, and defining your approach to perfectly integrate website content to the theme elements.

Job requirements

We expect that you will have significant experience with most of the following areas of technology and the ability to quickly learn and close any gaps that you encounter while engaged.
Solid understanding of the WordPress ecosystem
Working knowledge of technical SEO & web accessibility
Website performance analysis/optimization using Gtmetrix, etc

Responsibilities

Premium theme customization
Onpage SEO using Yoast SEO plugin
Speed optimization by removing bottlenecks
HTML, CSS styling, JavaScript/jQuery bug fixes
You will also want to have these characteristics
Highly organized, motivated, and execution-oriented.
Self-starter comfortable working in a highly technical environment.
Demonstrated ability for continuous learning, creativity, and problem-solving
Ability to work effectively and dependably in remote environments
Ability to make a strong case while listening and remaining open to other perspectives
