Outstanding English language communication both verbal and written.
Ability to work night shifts including weekends.
Ability to sell on the phone to US clientele.
Have a student mentality of learning marketing systems and teaching them back to subordinates.
Work effectively under high pressure and maintain a positive attitude
Ability to conduct sales training and meetings on daily basis.
Ability to promote to leadership in a month and supervise a team of at least five sales executives.
Ability to achieve daily sales targets.
Detail oriented and able to follow up on tasks
Great people skills.
Able to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
Able to work effectively in a team environment.
Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing and managing time efficiently.
Strong work ethics.
Be a career oriented individual craving for rapid growth.
Capable to perform other job-related tasks as assigned by senior management.

Note: Basic Salary package is PKR 15000+commision at start for Internee's and Basic starting is 30K/Month+5K Bonus+Commision once internship is lifted. Basic salary can be further increased for candidates with stronger relevant sales experience. Candidates with sales experience are highly preferred. Only interested candidates apply, please.
